Buying a plugin
Plugins are sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, who handles payment, invoicing and sales tax. A purchase gives you a perpetual, personal license to use the plugin on up to two of your own computers. The software may not be resold, shared or redistributed.
Refunds
If a plugin does not work on your system and our support cannot fix it, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Memberships
Memberships are billed monthly. No-commitment plans can be cancelled at any time and run until the end of the paid month.
The 12-month commitment price is a discount given in exchange for staying 12 months. Nothing is charged upfront. If you cancel before 12 paid months, only the discount you already received on the months you paid becomes due once: Creator $2, Artist $25 and Partner $100 per paid month (example: Artist cancelled after 6 paid months = $150). There is no other early-exit fee and nothing is owed after month 12.
Monthly studio work included in a plan (mixes, productions, reviews, coaching) is used within the month and does not roll over. Plugins included in a membership remain active while the membership is active.
Studio work
Each project has an agreed scope covering fees, revisions, delivery, confidentiality and intellectual property. An inquiry does not create a production agreement or transfer rights.
